When will I receive my first Me Moments Box?
We ship our subscription boxes by the 5th of every month. If you purchase a past box, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase.
When will I be charged for the subscription?
Your card will be charged when you make the initial purchase and then on the first of each subsequent month throughout the duration of your subscription.
What is your cancellation policy?
For our 6-month or 12-month subscription, you'll be billed for the full commitment period. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any feedback or encounter any issues, please let us know at hello@memoments.com.au.
If you prefer a more flexible option, we offer a month-to-month subscription which you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I am on holiday and not available for the box delivery?
You are going on holiday - YAY! You can easily pause your subscription for the upcoming month by logging into your Me Moments Account before our monthly cutoff date on the 1st of every month.
If you would like to receive the box you missed when you return, please contact us at hello@memoments.com.au, and you can purchse it at the same cost you would have paid on your subscription plan.

After 12 months, will I continue to receive newly themed boxes?
Yes! Each box we deliver is a unique and exciting experience. We're dedicated to bringing new strengths and concepts to your doorstep, ensuring your Me Moments subscription remains a delightful journey of discovery.

We currently ship across Australia.
Can I gift a box?
Absolutely! When gifting a Me Moment subscription, select your desired subscription length, tick the 'gift box', provide your billing address, and speficy the gift recipent's shipping address during checkout. You can also include a personalised gift note to make it extra special.
Additionally, we offer gift-wrapping for $9.95, which you can select at checkout.
